Recruitment Specialist - New York

We're looking for a sharp, motivated Recruiter to join our staff of HR professionals in NYC. Currently a temporary assignment, the successful candidate will be a perceptive, well rounded recruitment specialist who can collaborate with our management team on a variety of openings from sales leaders to IT positions. We're looking for a bright innovative individual who brings new ideas and beyond the box thinking to sourcing the best and the brightest in the industry.
 
As a Recruitment Specialist, some of the duties you will perform include:

• Develop position descriptions and advertising resources
• Devise sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with hiring management
• Screen incoming resumes
• Administer testing
• Conduct interviews
• Initiate references and offer letters
• Complete background check
• Generate offer letters
• Generate rejection letters 
• Act as liaison with area universities and colleges
• Cold call and actively recruit experienced candidates for various positions

If you're a degreed individual with 2-3 years recruitment experience, this could be the opportunity you're looking for. Working knowledge of legal employment practices combined with your expert interviewing skills will seal the deal.
