- Responsibilities include:
- Work with Sales to scope customer requirements and prepare projects
- Work with Operations and pre-sales engineering to analyze project components
- Support the sales organization by preparing price quotations, customized proposals, formal RFP and RFI responses (with support from Sales and Operations), presentations, pricelists, workflows and other materials requested by clients
- Interface with the customer as needed
- Coordinate production input for analysis of project materials
- Create streamlined customer solutions in collaboration with Sales and Operations
- Qualifications include:
- Minimum 1-2 years localization experience
- Close attention to detail and ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Creative and proactive
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Strong writing skills
- Experience in process development and improvement
- High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Expertise in Translation Memory tools is highly desirable
