OVERTAAL RE-CERTIFIED AS SAP TRANSLATION PARTNER
UTRECHT, THE NETHERLANDS, October 21, 2009 – Overtaal BV, an Utrecht-based provider of translation services to corporate clients and the European Union, today announced its re-certification as an SAP translation partner for the language combination German/English into Dutch. Overtaal is a division of TransPerfect, the world’s largest privately held provider of language and business services.
<--break-->In order to become re-certified as an SAP provider, Overtaal was audited through the translation partner certification program of SAP Language Services (SLS). Vendors certified through this program have proven their compliance with all three certification conditions:
- Long-standing relationship with SLS – Each certified vendor has established reliability through proven quality translation services for SAP Language Services.
- Adherence to SLS standards – To evaluate adherence to procedures and processes, SLS Business Partner Management has developed a strict auditing process. Only vendors with satisfactory audit results are eligible for certification.
- Satisfactory performance – Quality of SLS translation is continuously measured through project evaluations.
Overtaal’s current SAP certification is valid through July 3, 2011. The company was first certified as an SAP translation partner in 2007.

Translation vendors are certified through the translation vendor certification program of SAP Language Services (SLS). The certification program, developed by SLS Business Partner Management, ensures SLS vendors’ ongoing commitment and high quality translation standards for SAP, SAP partners and SAP customers.
