Seamless Integration

Business users can initiate translation workflows automatically through the CMS400.NET user interface. The adaptor monitors the Ektron server for “published” content and sends the appropriate files to GlobalLink Project Director to begin the translation process. Upon retrieval of translated pages, Project Director can be configured to automatically import the files back into CMS400.NET to be published. Within GlobalLink Project Director, the user can access reports of which pages were submitted, track project status in real time, and access translation history for each individual page.

Content Control

In addition to giving CMS400.NET users the ability to easily identify and route content for translation, GlobalLink Project Director integration also enhances control over source-language content during the translation process. For example, users can indicate a preference that only certain folders will be sent for translation.
