DELOITTE & TOUCHE'S TECHNOLOGY FAST 50 PROGRAM

NEW YORK, New York, September 25, 2003 - Translations.com has been named a Rising Star in Deloitte & Touche's Technology Fast 50 program for New York. The Rising Star award is a special designation for fast-growth technology companies and is part of the New York Technology Fast 50 program, which ranks the 50 fastest growing technology companies headquartered in the state. Rankings are based on the percentage of growth in fiscal year revenues over three years (2000 to 2002).

Translations.com's selection was based on exceptional organic revenue growth for the period as well as growth from three strategic acquisitions in 2002. The company provides language services and Multilingual Content Management software, which together support global operations for a diverse set of clients from virtually every major industry including financial services, travel and tourism, retail fashion, consumer technology, healthcare, and manufacturing.

"The Deloitte & Touche New York Technology Fast 50 Rising Star companies have shown the strength, vision and temerity to succeed despite a very challenging technology environment," said Larry Wizel, Partner in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice of Deloitte & Touche and Chair of the New York Technology Fast 50.
