NEW YORK, NY, November 24, 2008 – Translations.com, a leading provider of software localization services and translation-related technology products, today announced that it has partnered with Cheapflights Ltd. in the "light" launch of Cheapflights' German website, www.cheapflug.de.

Cheapflights, the pioneer in independent flights price comparison, launched its first European non-English language site this fall as part of its planned international expansion. The company selected Translations.com, the industry leader in website localization services, to partner with them in the creation of their first non-English language website. In addition to completing the full localization of Cheapflights' German website, Translations.com created a customized technology solution to help the company efficiently manage its German web content by employing Translations.com's flagship software, GlobalLink Content Director.

Cheapflights' CEO, Chris Cuddy commented "Germany is a significant step forward in Cheapflights' international expansion and is part of Cheapflights' wider strategy to go global within the next five years. We are most encouraged to see the extremely positive initial response from German users and our existing travel partners who embrace our international ambitions."

Phil Shawe, Translations.com's President and CEO, added, "We are pleased to have been selected by Cheapflights.com for this engagement. The integration of Content Director has successfully automated a substantial portion of their localization process. We look forward to working with Cheapflights to expand its global customer base by providing support for further languages."

Cheapflights selected Germany as its first continental European in-language launch due to Germany's leading position in outbound tourism. According to Airports International Council, Germany's five main airports carried 131 million passengers in 2007. German-speaking travelers now have access to Cheapflug's up-to-the-minute hand picked deals, flights booking engine and travel information.

About Cheapflights Ltd.
Cheapflights pioneered flight price search and comparison in 1996 and has been consistently profitable since launch. The Cheapflights flight price comparison model publishes over a million fares daily from hundreds of sources. This empowers price sensitive consumers to get an overview of flights prices, find the best deals and the companies that offer them. Once a deal is found, the Cheapflights user can click through to a price provider's site or in many cases telephone to the provider's call-centre. Last year over 1 million telephone leads were introduced to Cheapflights' advertisers' call centres.

In 2003 Cheapflights launched its successful US site www.cheapflights.com. It is estimated that last year circa US$4.0 Billion sales were achieved by advertisers through deals published on our UK and US sites. In 2007 Cheapflights launched its Canadian site www.cheapflights.ca and its first non-English language site, www.cheapflug.de in Germany in autumn 2008.

With over 8 million visits globally recorded in January 2008, Cheapflights is a leader in flights deals information and continues to develop its unique and highly successful product.
